They were getting ready to launch a new gym 3km away from their current gym and they needed to reach as many people as possible for pre-sale without hitting their current members.

We wanted to set up a launch that would collect names, emails and numbers for a sales team to contact. To use a competition to gather customer data to use in our strategy.
Our Process
Using the best performing creative was the key to making people opt-in, boomerangs of the club managers had the highest rate as well as strong creative. This meant higher tipping points for this gym campaign.
The Results
The most effective engagement strategy was the messenger bot collecting names, emails and phone numbers, to have the chance at a 6-month free membership.
