Their Story.

Anytime Fitness Tarneit West is a brand new franchise gym, opening at a brand new shopping center. They are joining Australia's biggest fitness community, with over 500 locations nationwide, open 24/7.

The Problem.

They were getting ready to launch a new gym 3km away from their current gym and they needed to reach as many people as possible for pre-sale without hitting their current members.

The Solution.

The goal for the launch was to collect names, emails and phone numbers for a sales team to contact.

Using a 6-month membership competition to begin engagement, we sent customers through to a Messenger Bot which collected their details and provided them with the details of the offer.

In order to increase urgency, there were 3 stages of pre-sale with the membership price increasing as the time to opening got closer.

We also created a personalized landing page to collect customers' details which were used across both Facebook and Instagram.

Boomerangs of the club managers was the best performing creative. Creative and offers are the biggest tipping point for gym campaigns. If the offer is strong and compelling people will opt-in.

We created an offer staged out over 3 offers across the 10 weeks of pre-launch. With the membership price increasing as the time to opening got closer.

The 6-month free membership was a great way to drive engagement. We had a comment to messenger bot to collect Names emails and phone.

Free tip: Messenger is key!

If you have a younger audience, then the ease of putting details in via messenger makes it simple and quick. This also creates an existing audience in messenger that you can use to market to in the future for ongoing campaigns.
