Their Story.

Edgar’s Mission Farm Sanctuary is a not-for-profit farm sanctuary with a vision for a humane and just world for all. Edgar’s Mission is set on 153 peaceable acres near Lancefield, Victoria (Australia), about 60 km north of Melbourne. They rescue and provide sanctuary to animals in need, currently providing lifelong love and care to over 450 rescued animals. Through education, outreach, advocacy, community enrichment and farm tours, they encourage people to expand their circle of compassion to include all animals.

The Problem.

Edgar’s Mission had successfully built a loyal, caring community across Facebook, Instagram and email. However, they were looking for a way to consistently grow their community and generate funds for their charity through eCommerce.

The Solution.

Their key goal was to increase their eCommerce sales by finding new audiences and increasing their return on ad spend, allowing them to strengthen their impact.

Maximizing Edgar's Mission Return On Investment.

We use a highly targeted and strategic Facebook ads funnel, tailoring our ad copy and creative to each of their core audience demographics.

To these audiences, we promoted best-selling products with highly engaging, friendly and light-hearted content, which aligns with Edgar’s brand tone and is historically shown to appeal to and perform well with their core audience.

We then tailored our messaging in our retargeting sequence to align with the products we were promoting at TOF and the type of engagement a user had with these ads.

In the final quarter of 2019, two previous best-selling products came back into stock. We were able to analyse historical purchase data to inform our relaunch campaign strategy.

Additionally, we harnessed our past best performing interest audiences, duplicating the same ads across all TOF campaigns to maximize our social engagement and results.
